Designing Innovation

FALL 2017
RISD Typography Studio Project

Design an identity for an upcoming exhibition at the RISD Museum.
Designing Innovation, is an upcoming exhibition at the RISD Museum, showcasing the pieces produced through the Gorham Manufacturing Company from the 1850s to 1970s. The identity reflects the forms of each object to highlight their complex yet delicate qualities. A book was also designed to showcase photographs and Elizabeth A. William’s essays. The goal of this project was to design a concept that would appeal to a wider audience, while respecting the original quality of work.
